Ag-Cu-P brazing alloy is adding Ag to Phosphorus copper alloy, reduced the melting point of fillermetal and improved filler metals plasticity, strength, toughness and wettability to copper. The heating time should be as shorten aspossible when brazing. The joints may be brighgrey and can be restored to copper color afterpickling by soaking in 5%-10% dilute sulfuricacid.
Application Areas
It can be used for brazing copper alloy of the same or different metails, its joint with high strength, good toughness, can replace somehigh siler material.
