In the process of brazing, the wettability of molten filler metal and base metal depends mainly on the function of brazing agent. The main function of brazing flux including 3 parts, one is the matrix, the second is the film removing agent, and the other is the surfactant.

Application Areas

Brazing flux is mainly used for the welding of silver and copper solder, which plays an important role in assisting heat conduction, removing the oxide on the surface of base material and solder surface, reducing the surface tension of the welded material, removing the oil stain on the surface of the welded material (base material), increasing the welding area and preventing reoxidation.
