In geological exploration and construction foundation exploration, drilling tools mechanically break rocks, and the brazing quality of drilling tools is an important factor that restricts the service life of drill bits. We developed the special brazing alloys according to the working conditions of drilling tools and the brazing characteristics of drill bit manufacturing materials. They are widely used in solid minerals, oil and gas, hydrogeology, engineering geology and geothermal drilling.

Application Areas

Silver brazing alloy with Cadmium and Nickel  is used for welding auxiliary tools;
Silver brazing alloy without Cadmium and Nickel is used for brazing small drill bits;
Copper brazing alloy is used for brazing cemented carbide;
Impregnated alloy is for sintering of petroleum matrix drill bits.
